氟苯尼考对小鼠免疫器官毒性和肌肉理化特性的影响
Toxicity of Florfenicol to Immune Organs and Its Effect on Physical and Chemical Characteristics of Muscle in Mice

摘  要: 探讨氟苯尼考的小鼠免疫器官和脾淋巴细胞毒性及其对小鼠肌肉理化特性的影响,本研究采用高、中、低剂量(40 mg/kg、20 mg/kg、10 mg/kg)对小鼠连续7d腹腔注射给药,每日一次;通过计算小鼠胸腺和脾脏器指数、观察脾淋巴细胞形态、测量肌肉蛋白含量和pH值等做为实验内容。结果显示:与对照组比较,胸腺和脾脏器指数除高剂量组数值明显减小外(P<0.05),中、低剂量组对应值降低都不明显(P>0.05);肌肉蛋白的含量和pH值下降不明显(P>0.05);脾淋巴细胞形态除高剂量组形态异常外,其余各组变化不大。说明氟苯尼考对小鼠有一定的免疫毒性,对肌肉蛋白质的含量、肌肉pH影响较小。 Toxicity of florfenicol to immune organs and its effect on physical, chemical characteristics of muscle in mice were studied in the paper. All mice were divided into 4 groups. Except control group, the rest of them were administrated at high, medium and low dose (40 mg/kg, 20 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg)respectively in intraperitoneal injection once a day for 7 days continuously. Thymus and spleen indices were calculated, morphologic change of splenic lymphocyte was observed, and content of muscle protein and pH values in mice were detected. The results indicated : compared with the control group, thymus and spleen indices in high - dose group were lower significantly( P 〈 0.05 ) , the indices in medium and low dose group did not decrease significantly( P 〉 0.05 ) ; the content of muscle protein and pH values of muscle did not derease significantly ( P 〉 0.05 ) in three - dose group ; splenic lymphocyte was in paramorphia in high - dose group. In conclusion, florfenicol has certain immunotoxicity and a little effect on the content of muscle protein and pH values in mice.
