含稀土ZA27和青铜合金耐磨性的比较

摘  要: 研究了铈基混合稀土对金属型铸造ZA27磨损性能的影响,并与青铜ZCuSn10P1和ZCuA110Fe3进行了比较。结果表明:加入稀土可提高ZA27的耐磨性,降低其摩擦温升,但过多的加入量(质量分数超过0.2%)会使配对轴的磨损增加。ZA27的磨损失重和摩擦温升与ZCuSn10P1的相当,较明显地低于ZCuA110Fe3;但其配对轴失重略高于ZCuA110Fe3,明显高于ZCuSn10P1。含稀土ZA27的磨损形式为轻微划伤、挤压变形及粘着;ZCuSn10P1为轻微划伤和挤压变形,粘着不明显;ZCuA110Fe3为较严重划伤,挤压变形和粘着不明显。 The wear behaviors of mischmetal(RE) containing ZA27 and bronzes (ZCuSn10P1 and ZCuAl10Fe3) are investigated. The results reveal that with the addition of trace RE , the wear resistance of the ZA27 alloy can be improved and its temperature plateau caused by friction descended,but with the addition of excessive RE, the wear loss of its matching axle will be increased. The wear loss and temperature plateau of ZA27 are equal to those of ZCuSn10P1 respectively and much lower than those of ZCuAl10Fe3; but the wear loss of its matching axle is slightly more than that of ZCuAl10Fe3 and much more than ZCuSn10P1. The wear forms for the three alloys are as follows:slight microcutting,spalling and adhesion for Re containing ZA27;slight microcutting,spalling and unnoticeable adhesion for ZCuSn10P1;more serious microcutting,spalling and unnoticeable adhesion for ZCuAl10Fe3.
