摘　　要： 女农民工的法律认知水平是农民工法律素养的重要组成部分。对珠三角地区女农民工的问卷调查资料的统计分析表明:受教育程度和收入水平越高,法律认知得分越高;外资企业和管理岗位的工作经历有利于提高法律认知水平;地缘网络而非网络规模对法律认知水平有促进作用;女农民工的正式组织参与有利于提高她们的法律认知水平,而非正式组织参与则对其法律认知水平没有影响。我们可以通过发展继续教育、技能培训和参与正式组织等方式来不断提高女农民工的法律认知水平,从而使她们更好地适应市场经济和城市社会。 The level of women migrant workers＇ legal awareness accounts for an important part in migrant workers＇ legal quality. The author made the research based on a questionnaire survey conducted on the women migrant workers in Zhujiang Delta area. The statistical analysis shows the following findings： The higher the people＇s education and income level are, the higher score for the awareness they get; Working in foreign-funded enterprises or in an administrative position makes for the improvement of their legal understanding; The geographical network rather than the network size has positive effects; The people＇s participation in official organizations avails but their participation in unofficial organizations does not. Hence, the paper holds that the legal cognition level of the group can be kept rising by helping them to have continuing education and training in vocational skills, to participate in formal organizations so that they can be better adapted in the market economy and urban society.
