摘 要: 评价不同性状对品种分类作用,研究品种间遗传关系,对种质鉴定和育种研究有重要意义。采用29个植物学性状进行分类主成分分析,对39份中小花型蝴蝶兰品种进行形态性状聚类分析,按照方差累计贡献率≥85%的标准提取10个主成分。通过计算各品种的主成分得分,得出影响中小花型蝴蝶兰品种分类的主要指标是花径、花瓣颜色、唇瓣颜色、花瓣长、花瓣宽等;采用离差平方和法进行性状系统聚类分析,结果在离差平方和为0.07水平上将39份中小花型蝴蝶兰分为4大品种群。 It is of significance for plant germplasm estimation and breeding to analyze the contribution of various botanical characters of taxonomy and genetic relationship among the cultivars. Botanical characters were measured and 29 of which were used to the principal component analysis and cluster analysis of the 39 cultivars of Phalaenopsis with flower of small and medium sizes. Based on the standard that the principal components can cover most characteristic information for classification when its accumulative contribution is more than 85%, 10 principals of the components were obtained for the cluster analysis of 39 cuhivars which were clustered into g cultivar lineages at the level of O. 07 by the Wards' method. It can be deduced that the diameter of the flower, color of the lip and sepal length and width of the petal are key characters contributing to the classification of Phalaenopsis cultivars.
