摘 要: 教育学教学通过"师生互位"教学实验,组织学生通过独立学习、小组集体研究、个人撰写教案、课堂讲解、全班讨论等活动,使学生增强学习动机,改良学习方法与习惯,丰富专业知识,提高专业技能,健全专业情意,从而培养学生的自主学习能力,最终实现学生的自主发展。 It is significant that Teacher-student role exchanging teaching has been introduced into Pedagogy teaching to improve the study of students in higher teachers college With teaching experiments, Pedagogy adopts a series of activities, such as learning independently, discussing in groups, writing a personal lesson plan, classroom explaining, whole class discussion and so on . This teaching method can help students to promote their learning motivation, to improve learning methods and habits, enrich speciality knowledge, to advance the professional skills and to enhance professional affection. It also can cultivate the students' abilities and achieve the students develop independently.
