摘 要: 文章以TI公司的TMS320LF2407A DSP为控制核心,利用其事件管理模块的比较单元和相关PWM的电路通过特定算法对超声电机的运行频率进行跟踪。通过实验分析,表明该系统可以实现对超声电机的频率自动跟踪,基本能够使超声电机稳定运行。 The paper implements the tracking on the ultrasonic motor's frequency by particular arithmetic, which taking TMS320 LF2407A DSP of TI company as control core and making use of comparison unit in its affairs management module and related PWM circuit. By analysis on the experiment results, it shows that the system can carry out the frequency automatic tracking and make the ultrasonic motor work stably.
