摘　　要： 对人在实践中受惯性思维影响而忽略规律的具体适用条件并造成实践错误的现象,从其表现形式、产生机理、种类格局等多个角度进行了分析和论述,进而联系实际以探求解决方案。 This dissertation gives a many- sided discussion on the phenomenon which people often make mistakes in practicing or ignoring the applicable conditions of objective law because of inertial thinking. Then the solutions based on the real world are presented.
