摘　　要： 本文运用Carlino模型对20世纪90年代以来深圳工业的集聚效应大小进行测度和分析，把集聚效应分解为效应、效应和效应，并探讨三者对深圳工业集聚效应的影响。结果表明：①90年代以来，深圳工业处在正的集聚效应时期，但这种正的集聚效应在不断下降。②对深圳工业的效应、效应和效应的分析表明，深圳工业发展的区位优势在逐步减弱，同时企业规模扩张和企业过度集聚的负外部性逐渐体现出来，这明显导致了深圳工业集聚效应的下降。 The paper uses Carlino model to measure and estimate the agglomeration of Shenzhen＇s industry since 1990s. Besides, the agglomeration is factorized into effect.effect.effect, and the paper explores their influence on the agglomeration of Shenzhen＇s industry. The results reflect ： First, the agglomeration of Shenzhen＇s industry has been maintaining active since 1990s, however, this active agglomeration is now kept declining. Second, through analyzing on the effect, the effect and the effect, the paper finds that Shenzhen＇s location advantages for industrial development is gradually weaken. Moreover, the negative externalities coming from scale expansion and excessive accumulation of the industrial enterprises is gradually manifested, which obviously bring on the decline of the agglomeration of Shenzhen＇s industry.
