摘 要: 通识课程是实施通识教育最为直接、最为有效、最为稳定的载体和中介。因此,科学规划和合理设计通识教育课程体系和教学内容,建立行之有效的课程组织和教学方式,是当前地方本科院校有效推进通识教育的关键。 The General Course is a direct, stable and an effective cartier and intermediary of General Education. Therefore, the keys to promote the General Education in local undergraduate universities are the scientific planning, the designing of the General Education curriculum and teaching contents as well as the adopting of viable approaches to curriculum organization and teaching.
