摘　　要： 八角茴香中所含的莽草酸是合成抗禽流感药物的重要原料,本文综述了国内外对莽草酸药理作用和获取途径的研究进展。 Shikimic acid in star aniseed （Illicium verum ） is an important raw material for synthesizing the Tamiflu, a drug for curing bird flu. This paper reviewed the progress in research on the pharmacological activities and acquisition methods of shikimic acid.
