摘　　要： 通过使用马斯拉奇职业倦怠量表通用版(MBI-GS)调查问卷对我国高校图书馆员的职业倦怠程度进行测量,并检测职业倦怠和一些特定背景的关系。结果表明高校图书馆员经历着中度的情绪衰竭以及低度水平的玩世不恭和个人成就感低落,整体来说职业倦怠水平较低。不同岗位的图书馆员的倦怠程度有所区别;从事对内业务的高校图书馆员的倦怠程度要高于其它馆员;接触读者能降低图书馆员在情绪衰竭和玩世不恭上的倦怠水平。 As a questionnaire survey tool,The Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey（MBI-GS） is used to measure levels of occupational burnout among academic librarians. Findings suggest respondents experience moderate levels of emotional exhaustion and low levels of eyniciam and ineffieacy, and the whole level of librarian burnout is low. The librarians in different positions have different levels of burnout. The librarians who do the internal affair seem to have higher burnout than others. Direct contact with library users seems to reduce feelings of emotional exhaustion and cynicism.
