摘 要: 用面包酵母室内高密度培养褶皱臂尾轮虫,结果发现:1.5g/(10^5·d)的较高投饵量,适合于接种密度约为50个/ml的褶皱臂尾轮虫培养,而投饵量为1.0~1.2g/(10^6·d)时,适合于200个/ml以上较高密度的褶皱臂尾轮虫培养。投饵量为1.5g/(10^6·d)时,不适于500个/ml以上接种密度的褶皱臂尾轮虫培养。若褶皱臂尾轮虫密度继续高至1000个/ml以上,投喂量则需进一步降低至1.0g/(10^6·d)以下。褶皱臂尾轮虫接种密度低至30个/ml以下时,除酵母外,适当添加一定量(1/3以上体积)的单胞藻,可提高褶皱臂尾轮虫的增殖速度,降低褶皱臂尾轮虫培育的风险。 Rotifer Brachionus plicatilis was cultivated at high density by baker's yeast. The results showed that the yeast was suitably fed at a rate of 1.5 g/(10^6·d) during the rotifer cultivation at a density of about 50 individuals/ml, while the yeast was suitably fed at a rate of 1.0-1.2 g/(10^6·d)for the rotifer cultivation at a density of over 200 individuals/ml. The yeast was unsuitably fed at a rate of over 1.5 g/ (10^6·d) in the rotifer cultivation at a density of over 500 individuals/ml. When the rotifer density was kept increasing(up to over 1000 individuals/ml), the feeding rate of the yeast was found to decrease (below 1.0 g/(10^6·d). When the density of the rotifer was low(30 individuals/ml), some unicellular algae were added to improve the proliferation of the rotifer with less cultivation risk.
