摘 要: 针对微型三轮车行驶平顺性较差的问题,根据试验样车的结构特点,提出悬浮式发动机悬置系统设计方案,系统介绍了该悬置系统的结构特点,并对发动机悬置系统设计中的几个关键问题进行探讨,试验结果表明所设计的发动机悬置系统具有良好的隔振效果。 Test of ride comfort of agricultural vehicle is done. The influence of engine mounting system and suspension on the ride comfort is discussed. A new concept of engine mounting system of a tricycle is introduced. The key problems of the design for the new engine mounting system are discussed. The vibration of the tricycle with new engine mounting system can be substantially reduced, it shows that the new engine mounting system has practical application value. The vibration characteristic of tricycle has been improved.
