摘　　要： 在先秦著作以至两汉理论性著作中,《管子》的和谐思想最丰富。《晏子春秋》的辩证性和谐思想,产生了很大的历史影响。《管》《晏》较好地综合了儒、道、墨、法、兵、阴阳家的和谐学说。《管》《晏》和谐思想可以丰富与完善当代中国和谐政治建设的基本理论,对揭示当代和谐政治建设的理论核心,明确建设和谐政治的基本问题和基本途径,完善发展当代和谐政治建设的战略都有启示作用。《管》《晏》使我们认识到,实践于当代中国的和谐政治,应该是包容差异、正视矛盾、欢迎批评和吸纳不同意见的政治;政治行为的诚信是官民关系和谐的重要条件;和谐政治建设需要思想道德教育的协同,需要协调贫富差距。 Among the theoretical works from Pre-Qin to the Two Han Dynasties, Guanzi has the richest thoughts of harmony. The thoughts of harmony in Yanzi has also left great influence in the history. The two books very well summarize the thoughts of harmony in the Spring and Autumn Annals. The thoughts of harmony in the two books can also serve to further enrich and perfect the basic theories and the strategies of harmonious political construction in contemporary China. The two books also provide us with the implication that different and contradicting ideas should be tolerated and criticisms and different political viewpoints be welcomed in order to realize China’s harmonious politics. Sincerity of political behavior is of key importance in maintaining the harmonious relationship between the government and the citizens. Harmonious political construction can also be strengthened through ideological and moral education and the bridging of the gaps between the rich and the poor.
