摘　　要： 外国资本是中国本土企业成长所需的重要资源,然而从争取优惠条件积极引入外资,到呼吁反垄断法规对抗外资并购,本土企业家经历了一个与外国资本既合作又对抗的过程。本文运用合作博弈的基本理论对"达能-娃哈哈"这一事件进行了具体分析,认为掌握企业资源控制权是本土企业家对弈外资并购的合理策略选择。 Foreign capital is an important resource of local enterprise. However, from absorbing foreign capital to resisting M＆A of foreign capital, the local enterprises have been playing a game with the foreign capital, in which both cooperation and confrontation exist. This paper uses the cooperation game theory to analyze the event of Danone vs. Wahaha, and suggests that the control of firm resource is a chip for local enterprise in the game with foreign capital.
