摘　　要： 2005年英国完善后的"持续性代理权制度"对成年监护制度有重大影响,比之我国目前的成年人监护制度方面的规定,我国的制度显得十分不足。本文介绍英国的"持续性代理权制度",希望对我国的立法或制度构建有所帮助。 The improved LPA system in Britain in 2005 had great impact on adult guardianship system, which is more satisfactory than the current adult guardianship system of China. This article makes an introduction to Britain＇s lasting powers of attorney system in the hope that it will be of some help to China＇s legislation in this respect or to the establishment of related systems.
