摘 要: 通过试验,本文讨论了添加ZrO_2、SiO_2、Al_1O_3、SnO_2以及烧结制度对钛酸铝材料强度的影响;研制出了一种以钛酸铝为基质的、由莫来石、锆英石等晶体增强的复合钛酸铝材料。该材料具有高温稳定(1000~1300℃中长期保温不分解)、强度高(抗弯强度≥500kg/cm^2)、热膨胀系数小(α_(20~1200℃)=8.15×10^(-7)℃^(-1))和抗热震性强等优点。 By experiment, the relative effect of the addition of aluminium titanate ceramic and firing rules on the strength of aluminium titanate ceramic have been discussed in detail,And a new kind of complex aluminium t itanate ceramic material has beendeveloped, whose matrix is aluminium titanate, strengthened by-Mullite, Zircon and other crystals. The material possessed a good stability in high temperature (1000—13000℃), a high bending-strength (=500kg/cm^2),a low thermal expansion coefficient and an excellent heat-shock resistent property.
