摘　　要： 本文阐述了田径裁判是赛场上的“法官”,起着维护公平竞争的作用,是运动员与观众连结的纽带。裁判的文化修养直接地影响着他的职业道德、业务水平和工作态度。 This essay expounds that the judge of traek and field is the 'judge' on the sports ground. It takes on the safeguard of just competition. It is also the connection between athletes and spectators. The artistic appreciation of the judge directly affects his professional ethics, professional skill and work attitude.
