摘　　要： 本文介绍了《高校人事管理通用程序》微电脑管理系统的使用环境、系统的功能、主要功能模块的逻辑框图、系统的特点以及该系统如何采用映射技术灵活运用变量和代码,采用模糊方法减少重复操作,运用计数器和自动检测器加快速度及自动造表等设计技巧,最后说明该系统的使用情况, This paper presents an all-purpose program for college personnel affairs management--a microcomputer management system, including its applicationenvironment, functions, flow charts of its main functional module and peculiarities;also how the system uses skillfully the variables and codes with projection techniques, how it makes use of fuzzy method to avoid repeated operations, how it accelerates the statistical speed by counter and automatic detector, and how it tabulates automatically, finally,a brief account of its actual application.
