摘 要: 多效蒸发器的设计通常采用试差法计算,而不考虑最优化问题。本文对标准式蒸发器进行了各效等面积和最优法多效蒸发过程模拟对比计算,以糖液蒸发为例,开发了一个以最优法计算多效过程的程序。计算结果表明,最优化设计有着明显的经济效益和实用价值。 As a rule, the trial and error method is used for calculating multiple-effect evaporators. However, this method haven't taken the optimization into account. This paper offers a computing method for multiple-effect evaporation design based on the optimization consideration. According to the proposed method, a computer program has been developed.Taking sugar soluation as example, a comparative calculation between every-effect equal area and optimization methods has been done for standard evaporator. The results show that the optimization design processes have apparant economical benefits and practical meaning.
