摘 要: 用干涉仪测量了压电体在阶跃电场作用下的应变随时间变化的规律.实验证明同一样品的压电弛豫在不同条件下可分别出现随机弛豫和自由弛豫两种规律.随机弛豫响应函数为e,自由弛豫为e;自由弛豫时间r,长达60665。 Using an interferometer the variation of strain with time of piezoelectric ceramicsin an applied step electric field is measured. The experiments prove the prediction of phenomenological theory that the free and random relaxation will appear in a piezoelectric ceramic sample under different conditions. The response function is exp (-t/τ)in random relaxation,so is exp(in free relaxation. The free relaxation time τ' is 6066 seconds long.
