摘 要: 本实验在建立环磷酸胺免疫抑制小鼠模型的基础上,定量比较了黄芪、何首乌单用和联用对胸腺的影响。结果表明,黄芪、何首乌和黄芪加何首鸟三个实验组与环磷酰胺组相比,胸腺细胞的数目和面积明显增加,胸腺髓质Lysozyme阳性细胞数目和面积、Keratin阳性细胞的周长和面积也明显增加而灰度明显降低;与对照组相比,Keratin阳性细胞的周长和面积在黄芪和何首乌组仍小于对照组,在黄芪加何首乌组虽有所提高,但只是周长达到对照组的数值;三个实验组的其余数值则与对照组无显著性差异。此外,胸腺重量、胸腺系数、外周血白细胞和ANAE阳性淋巴细胞也有相应的变化。提示黄芪和何首乌对环磷酰胺引起的胸腺细胞和胸腺微环境的抑制性改变有明显的保护作用.两者联用效果更佳。 Abstract The morphological quantitative method was used to study comparatively the effect of astragalus mongholicus (A), pci.ygonum multiflorum (P) and the combination of A and P(AP) on thymusin cyclophosphamide treated NIH nice (Cy-mice) 15 months old. Experilllents were carried out in five groups: group controls (o), group cyclophosphamide (CV),group A, P and AP (the Cy-mice were treated for 14 days,vith A, P and AP addition respectively). In group A, P and AP, as compared with group C, the numbers and areas of thymocytes and the lysozyme positive cells in medulla thymi were markedly increased, but thegreys of the latter were obviously lower ; the perimeters and areas of the keratin positive cellsin medulla thymi were markedly inereased, the greys were obviously lower. The numbersand areas of thymocytes and the lysozyme positive cells and the greys of lysozyme or keratinpositive cells were nearly the same in the group A, P, AP and O, but the perimeters and areas of the keratin positive cells were lower in group A and P than in group O, the perimeterwas also lower in group AP, the area was nearly the same. In addition, thymic weight,thyrnic coefficient, leukocytes and ANAE positive lymphocytes in peripheral blood had corresponding changes. The results suggested that A and P could protect thymocytes and thymictnicroenvironment fron suppressed oh;inges due to cyclophosphamide, and A+P could giverise to the highest effect.Keyworks: Astragalus mongholicus; Polygonum multiforum; Thymus; Morphological quantitiative
