摘 要: 通过为期五周的注射实验,本文初步研究了外源褪黑激素对黄鳝(Monopterus albus Zuiew)性腺发育的影响。在使用的在三种剂量中,低剂量褪黑激素(0.1ug/g鱼)对黄鳝的性转变有显著的促进作用,该组出现的雄性百分比(50%)比对照组(20%)高出—倍以上;而高剂量褪黑激素(1.0和10.0ug/g鱼)对性腺发育有抑制作用,并以前者的抑制效应最强,实验结束时该组尚未出现雄鱼。以上实验结果表明,褪黑激素对黄鳝的性腺发育存在着剂量依存的促进与抑制的双重调节作用。此外,血清中褪黑激素水平的生殖季节性变化结果也说明,褪黑激素参与调节黄鳝的性腺发育与性转变。 Effects of exogenous melatonin (MLT) on gonadal development of the ricefield eel, Monopterus albus, were studied in a long—term injection experimennt. The lowest dose of melatonin (0.1μg/g fish) improved sex change of the fish, with half of the group became male. The higher doses (1.0 and 10. 0μg/g fish), however, showed inhibitory effects on the gonadal development of the fish, and the stronger effect was recorded in the former (no male appeared). The above results demonstrated that melatonin may have dual effects, pro—and anti—gonadal development in the sex change of the ricefield eel. On the other hand, seasonal changes of serum melatonin levels during a reproductive cycle also indicated that melatonin is involved in the gonadal developlment and sex change of the ricefield eel.
