摘　　要： 给出了一种新的电路元件零器、零口器、非口器的概念，并用它们构造晶体管模型──零器模型．还论述了零器模型在晶体管电路的分析和设计中的应用． This Paper Provided a series of new definations on circuit component Nullor, Nullator and Norator, and used them to structure the transistor model-Nullor Model. In addition, it also expounded the Nullor Modeds application in the analySis and desiSn of transistor circuit.
