摘　　要： 本文综述了国内外转基因动物的概念、制备、意义、应用、特点等方面的研究进展,系统分析了转基因研究中的问题及其原因,展望了转基因动物的前景。 The concept,production,signifidence,application,characteristics and so on of transgenic animals are described. Questions in transgenic research and their reasons are analyzed in detail. The prospect for future of transgenic are also discussed.
