摘　　要： 对某工厂的生产组织中ｍ×ｎ排序问题进行了研究，结合该厂目前的生产情况，提出了新的模型，建立了新的算法，用新算法对问题进行计算。 The m×n flow-shop scheduling in production management of a factory is researched.A new model and algorithm is presented, combining with the production situation of the factory at present. By using the new one the output of production is larger than the original one.
