摘　　要： 讨论了高维拟线性非自治系统ｘ＝Ａ（ｔ，ｘ）ｘ＋ｇ（ｔ，ｘ）周期解的存在性问题．得到了判别周期解存在的充分条件．推广了已有主要结果． The existence of periodic g solution of a class of high order quasilinear nonautonomic periodic system =A(t,x)x+g(t,x) is discussed. A simple criterion of the existence of periodic solutions is obtained, which extends the main results before. 
