摘 要: 目的:探讨对1993年级学生进行外科临床多媒体教学的效果。方法:通过在Windows操作平台上开发腹外疝及前列腺增生症教学软件,并对其教学效果进行问卷调查及认知水平测量分析。结果:问卷调查结果表明学生对多媒体教学有较大兴趣(F>0.5);认知水平测量分析表明其学习效果有明显提高(P<0.05)。 Objective:To explore the effect of clinical surgery teaching of 1993 grade students by multimedia technique. Methods: We designed abdominal hernia and prostatic hyperplasia instructive software on Windows operating board,and made statistic analysis by inquiry studies and test of level of surgical understanding.Results:The result of inquiry studies showed the students played much interest in clinical surgical multimedia study(F>0.5),and the test of level of surgical understanding showed much better in multimedia teaching in 1993 grade students (P<0.05).Conclusion:Using of multimedia technique may be useful to increase the effect of clinical surgical teaching.
