摘　　要： 张荫桓，晚清著名政治家、外交家，光绪宠臣，一代才杰，动关晚清时局。１８９６年受命与日本代表签订中日《通商行船条约》，为挽回利权，曾作个人努力。 ZHANG Yinhuan, a famous statesman and diplomat unusually favored and trusted by Emperor DeZong with the reign title of Guangsui during the late period Of Qing Dynasty, was a rare talent and what he did hadmuch to do with the political situation of the day. He was authorized in 1896 to sign the Sino-Japanese Trade and Shipping Treaty during which bine he had made personal efforts to Protect economic rights for benefit of the Qing Dynasty.
