摘　　要： 通过对表现性评价误差的分析,讨论了评价中的系统误差和偶然误差,指出系统误差是当前影响我国表现性评价质量的首要因素。从规范评价依据、培训评价者、注重元评价三个方面提出了控制系统误差的途径。 The systematical error and random error of performance assessment were analyzed. It was showed that the first influencing factor on the performance assessment quality was systenmtical error. The three regulating ways of systematical error were put forward,to improve and standardize the assessment bases and train the esiimator and giving meta-evaluation.
