摘　　要： 提出了工具电极的分割与重组思想，建立了电火花加工工艺方法选择及工艺路线设计规则库和工艺规划优化模型。 The concept of automated division and recombination of tool electrodes used in EDM is proposed for the first time. Furthermore, this paper builds up the rule bases for process selection and planning process routine, and the optimization model for process planning.
