摘　　要： 职业资格培训一定程度上有利于高职学生掌握职业操作技能、增强就业竞争力,但在考核内容、考核方式、证书管理、培训内容、并轨教育等方面存在一系列问题。因此,应在培养模式、组织规范、硬件投入、师资队伍、培训质量等方面采取有力举措以进一步推进职业资格考证工作。 The employment difficulty of college students has been a social problem. Now a lot of higher vocational institutes carry out professional qualification training which help college students to master vocational skills and strengthen employment competition power. But at present professional qualification certificates have a series of problems which exit in some areas such as the contents of the assessment, the mode of the assessment, the management of ceaificates, the training qmality, the double certificate education. So it＇s necessary to adopt some tragedies to perfect the professional qualification training in the following aspects： the training manners, the organized management, the financial investment, the teachers group, the training quality and so on.
