摘　　要： “人民币升值问题”的讨论由来已久。国内客观上存在人民币升值的内在压力 ,而最近国际上“人民币升值论”又一浪高过一浪。“人民币升值论”有其不正确的理论基础 ;人民币升值对我国有利有弊 ;面对来自国内外的压力 ,我国政府应趋利避害 ,采取灵活务实的对策。 The problem of RMB Appreciation has been a heated issue for a long time. Objectively, there exists an internal pressure about it at home. Abroad, discussion on the issue is becoming hotter and hotter. The theory of RMB appreciation lacks of correct foundation. The RMB appreciation brings both advantages and disadvantages to our nation. Facing the pressure form home and abroad, our government should take practical countermeasures to our advantages.
