摘　　要： 文章通过对目前粤东地区武术馆校教学管理现状的研究,总结出面临的困难和存在问题的原因,以及成功的经验,并提出了武术馆校培养高水平运动员和提高教学成绩应采取的对策,目的在于进一步探索其教学管理的新路,为提高教学质量、提高运动成绩、提供参考依据。 Through the research on the present teaching management of east Gangdon g Kong fu school, the thesis summarizes the facing difficulties, the existing re asons of the problems and the successful experiences. In addition, the thesis al so provides the measures of cultivating the high-level athletes and making progr ess in teaching of the Kong fu school, aiming at further searching the new ways of teaching management, improving the teaching quality, raising the athletics ma rks and providing the consultative data.
