摘　　要： 我国民办教育正进入一个关键期,能否得到健康、快速的发展,不仅取决于政府的政策,也迫切需要直接或间接的财政支持。本文在分析介绍我国教育发展目标与财政需求、民办教育发展困境、国际上公共经费支持私立教育经验的基础上,提出了调整民办教育财政政策的若干建议。 As being entering a crucial period, whether the private education of our country can secure a healthy and rapid development depends on the governmental policies, and also needs direct and indirect financial support urgently. This paper puts forward a few suggestions on modifying the financial policies concerning private education based on analyses and introduction of the developmental goals and financial needs of education in our country, predicament of the development of private education, and the experience of public financial support for private education abroad.
