摘　　要： 高等职业技术教育强调学生的实习实训环节,如何做好实习实训的组织,是高职教学单位与教师面临的一大课题。该文从教学实践中调查和总结经验,对教学学用结合、组织工作应加强的环节、学生的实习要求、原有组织工作存在问题及其改进等问题进行了较为深入和细致的探讨,以期为科学有效地开展高职教学与实习实践探索正确有益的途经。 Higher vocational education emphasizes practice and how to organize practice is a big task of any polytechnic college. Using the material from practical investigation, this paper deeply discusses such aspects as joining learning with practical using, enhancing organizational section, students' requirement on practice, problems in practice, thus trying to find out better ways for higher vocational teaching.
