摘 要: 篮球运动是一项比赛强度大,比赛时间长的运动,对运动员的体能要求相当高。因此训练也必须达到很大的负荷,但是大负荷训练必然引起疲劳的产生,运用常见的生理生化指标去判断疲劳,并运用合理有效的恢复手段,以达到最大的训练效果,为广大篮球运动的爱好者提供参考。 Basketball sports is a competitive,intensive and chronic sports which has a high requirement for the athlete's physical stamina.So its training must have a heavier load which,however,will cause fatigue.This article uses the regular physiological and biochemical index to evaluate the fatigue,which aims to make the greatest effect of training with the rational and effective resuming method.This is a reference for all basketball fans.
