摘　　要： 现代学校制度是对现代企业制度的创造性移用 ,其内容包括现代学校产权制度、现代学校组织制度和现代学校管理制度三方面。现代学校制度的确立是学校变革的背景 ,在现代学校制度框架中进行学校变革 ,可从学校与政府关系的重新定位、学校内部治理结构的改革以及学校与社会、家庭关系重新建设三个层面入手。 The modern school system,which includes school property rights system,school organization system and school management system,is a creative application of modern corporation system.The foundation of this system causes the reform of school.This reform can be preceded from three aspects: the relocation of school and government,the reform of school internal management and the rebuilding of the relation among school,society and families.To build the learning school is one of strategies of the reform of school with the background of modern school system.
