摘　　要： 译学研究是在正确方法论指导下的纯理论探讨和应用理论研究,从事翻译研究和翻译教学者必须首先明确自己的研究定位,对"创新"有正确的理解,有一个"度"的问题。翻译教学与译学前沿关系密切,翻译教师应关注并跟踪译学前沿,重视学术规范的训练,才能培养出合格的学生。 Translation studies is a pure probe into and a research of pragmatic theories under the guidance of correct methodology. Tranlsation researchers and educators must ascertain their orientation of studies with a correct understanding of 'innovation' and handling of 'degree'.Translation teaching goes hand in hand with the forefront of translation studies.Translation teachers are supposed to watch closely and keep up with the advancement made in the forefront of translation studies while attaching importance to the training of academic norms so as to produce competent students.
