摘　　要： 能力是一个具有多个维度的概念,在不同的学科其内涵和外延也有所不同。心理学将它界定为符合活动要求、影响活动效果的个性心理特征的综合。哲学将它界定为人的综合素质在现实行动中表现出来的正确驾驭某种活动的实际本领、能量,是实现人的价值的一种有效方式,也是社会发展和人生命中的积极力量。而职业能力开发视角的能力概念则是知识、技能和态度与具体的职位或工作情境的结合。 Ability is a conception with multi-dimensions,in different area its connotation and denotation are different.In psychology it′s synthesize of the characteristics of personality that affecting the consequence of the activities.In philosophy it′s the actual capability and energy commanding some activities,and is an effective method realizing individual value,and active power of development of society.In CBE it′s the combination of knowledge,skill and attitude with concrete working positions and situations.
