摘 要: 本文设计合成了钌(Ⅱ)多吡啶配合物[Ru(bpy)_2(ipbh)]^(2+)(bpy=2,2′-联吡啶,ipbh=3-1-氢-咪唑并[4,5-f]邻菲咯啉-1-苯基二恶烷)。采用元素分析,质谱和~1HNMR 对其进行表征。用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱、粘度测试和 DNA 熔点变化研究配合物与 DNA 作用,结果表明配合物与 DNA 之间通过插入作用结合。 In this study,the DNA-binding of ruthenium(H)mixed-ligand complex containing 2,2-bipyridine [Ru(bpy)_2(ipbh)(ClO_4)_2(bpy=2,2′-bipyridine,ipbh=3-(1H-Imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthrolin2-yl)-1-benzodioxane) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,ES-MS and ~1H-NMR spectra.The interaction of the complex with calf thymus DNA(CT-DNA)was investigated by absorption titration,thermal denaturation,viscosity measurements.The results suggest that the complex binds with CT-DNA by intercalation mode.
