摘　　要： 我国高等教育国际化在"十一五"期间将加快发展,中外合作办学也更加追求实际的教学效益,建立完善而有实效的人才培养模式是中外合作办学项目得以成功运行的关键。本文以浙江林学院经济管理中澳合作办学项目为个案,从目标定位、专业课程设置、英语教学、国际视野的培养等方面,就建立一个面向国际的经济管理学科中外合作办学人才培养模式进行探讨。 The process of internationalization of China's higher education is sure to be accelerated in the'11th five-year plan'period,and the educational effectiveness will be pursued in various Sino-for- eign joint education programmes.The establishment of a solid and effective education plan is vital to the successful operation of a Sino-foreign joint programme.This paper,taking the Sino-Australian programme of Business Study as a typical case,attempts to explore a working education plan with particular consider- ation on the set-up of education goal,curriculum design,English language education,and fostering of students' international awareness.
