摘　　要： 从本实验室已分离到的新疆艾丁湖嗜盐放线菌中,筛选出29株具有纤维素酶活性的菌株,其分别属于拟诺卡氏菌属、链单孢菌属、糖单孢菌属、多孢放线菌属及糖多孢菌属.并测定各菌株滤纸酶、单一内切葡聚糖酶及外切葡聚糖酶活力.经综合分析,就所分离到的嗜盐放线菌而言,多孢放线菌属的菌株YIM 90570具有较高的滤纸酶活力,链单孢菌属的菌株YIM 90577和YIM 90598分别具有较高的内切葡聚糖酶和外切葡聚糖酶活力. Twenty - nine cellulase - producing strains were screening from halophilic actinomycetes isolated from Aydin Lake. They belong to genera Nocardiopsis, Streptomonospora, Saccharomonospora, Actinopolyspora and Saccharopolyspora respectively. The endoglucanase, exoglucanase and filter paper lyase activity of these strains were measured. As a result, strain YIM 90570 has high filter paper lyase activity, while strain YIM 90577 has high endoglucanase and strain YIM 90598 has high exoglucanase activity.
