摘　　要： 清洁发展机制在温室气体减排方面使发达国家和发展中国家实现了双赢.为更清楚地了解清洁发展机制(clean de- velopment mechanism,CDM)项目,以甲烷回收项目为例,介绍CDM项目的运作过程,并针对CDM项目中存在的问题加以分析,提出相应的改进建议. The Clean Development Mechanism(CDM)is benefit to both the developed countries and the developing countries on aspect of greenhouse gases mitigation.The project of methane recovery was selected as an example to study the clean develop- ment mechanism,and some existing problems were analyzed. Accordingly,some suggestions about those problems were giv- en.
