摘　　要： 亚运会是一项影响广泛的大型体育赛事,文章重点分析了广州举办亚运会对广东建设文化大省的推动力集中表现在以下七个方面:促进公民意识显著提高;促进文化设施的建设;重整城市文脉;再造城市形象;促进对外交流;积累文化遗产;有利于做强做大文化产业。 Asia Games has undoubtedly comprehensive influence on the host city. This article focusea on an analysis of the driving force for the construction of Culturally Powerful province providing by 16th Asian Games held in Guangzhou,which includes the following seven aspects:the promotion of civic awareness significantly;the promotion of cultural facilities construction;restructuring urban culture;rebuilding city image;the promotion of external exchange;the accumulation of cultural heritage;prompting cultural industries tdevelopment.
