摘 要: 介绍了一种新型水泥基有机无机复合涂层。复合涂层喷洒在混凝土表面后,可在混凝土表面形成有效的致密防水层。采用X射线衍射仪,扫描电镜和比表面仪进行表征。结果表明,有机无机复合涂层以溶胶态渗入到混凝土表层,一定程度上加速了混凝土的硬化,并有效地提高了混凝土的保水性,防水性和耐磨性。 A new organic-inorganic hybrid compound used as concrete protecting coating was introduced. It formed a compact water proof layer when sprayed on concrete surface. Meanwhile, it filled into concrete inner space for hardening, which was effective for improving the property of water retention, impermeability and wearability of concrete. The protecting mechanism of concrete was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The pore size distribution of specimens were investigated by the N2 adsorption-desorption and pore size distribution (PSD) analyzer. The micrographs of concrete cross section disclosed the microstructure by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
