基于序列二次规划的梯级水电站短期优化调度

摘  要: 针对梯级水电站的运行特性和蓄水特征,建立发电耗水量最小化的梯级水电站多目标调度优化模型,并在该模型中引入单位产值耗水量指标。将原问题模糊化,确定各个目标的隶属度函数,并利用最大模糊满意度法将其转化为单目标问题。利用序列二次规划法求解一个3级梯级水电站系统的短期优化调度问题。优化结果表明,所建模型在有效降低单位产值能耗的同时,能够实现各水库调度周期末实际水位与预期值的偏差在合理范围内。 According to operating characteristics and water storage of cascaded hydropower stations,a multi-objective optimal model for short-term scheduling of cascaded hydropower stations was proposed with the purpose of water consumption minimization.A index called water consumption per unit output value is introduced in this paper.This multi-objective function is fuzzed by determining the membership function of each optimization objectives and transformed into a single objective problem with fuzzy satisfaction degree maximization method.Sequential quadratic programming method is used for solving the short-term scheduling of three cascaded hydropower stations.Optimization results show that the model keeps a reasonable deviation between the real reservoir water level and the target value at the end of scheduling period while reducing energy consumption per unit output effectively.
