单一稀土金属钆纳米线阵列的制备及磁性测定

摘  要: 在低温熔融盐体系中,以自制的孔径为80~100 nm的AAO为模板,采用直流电沉积成功地制备了单一稀土金属钆纳米线阵列。经过SEM观测,金属钆纳米线排列有序,尺寸一致;用1 mol.dm-3的NaOH将模板溶掉后并进行TEM检测,钆钴合金纳米线直径约为100 nm,与模板孔径直径基本吻合。EDS测定表明金属钆含量为97.08%,钆纳米线有部分被氧化;XRD分析图谱显示所得到的金属钆纳米线为非晶态。对金属钆纳米线进行磁性能测定,最大磁能积为759.6 kJ.m-3,大于磁性金属Co,说明金属钆具有强磁性。 Nanowire array of rare earth simple substance gadolinium was successfully prepared in AAO template with the diameter of 80~100 nm in low temperature melt by DC electrodeposition.Observing with SEM,the Gd nanowires was strongly ordered and had the same diameter.Then the AAO template was dissolved by NaOH of 1 mol · dm-3 for TEM testing,and the result showed the diameter was abort 100 nm,which was consistent with pore diameters.EDS showed the gadolinium content was 97.08%(mass fraction),which was partly oxidized.XRD showed the Gd nanowires were amorphous state.The magnetic properties was tested.(BH)max was 759.6 kJ · m-3,which was bigger than Co.The result showed the magnetic properties of Gd was strong.
