摘 要: 为研究过量空气系数α对自熔式燃硫炉燃烧性能的影响,应用计算流体力学方法对自熔式燃硫炉燃烧过程进行了三维数值模拟。探讨了不同α时自熔式燃硫炉燃烧室的温度场、组分浓度场以及出口各组分浓度分布。结果表明:α对燃烧室内的流场和燃烧性能都有较大影响,最佳α为1.6。提高α可以相应提高SO2的量,降低S2、SO3的量,同时降低出口组分中SO2的浓度。模拟结果为燃硫炉的优化设计提供了理论依据。 In order to investigate the effects of excess air ratio on combustion characteristics in self-fluxing brimstone furnace,the combustion process in self-fluxing brimstone furnace is simulated by Computational Fluid Dynamics method.The temperature field,the concentration field and the constituent concentration of outflow in the self-fluxing brimstone furnace are analyzed.The results show that the excess air ratio has considerable influence on combustion chamber flow field and combustion performance.The optimum condition of α is 1.6.With increasing α,the quantity of SO2 will advance and the quantity of S2,SO3 and the SO2 concentration of outflow will decline.The simulation results provide theoretical direction to design and improve brimstone furnace.
