摘 要: 通过在中型循环流化床气化炉内,对含水质量分数为5%~12%的鸡粪进行气化实验及运行状况分析,结果表明:鸡粪中含有大量的矿物质成分影响气化过程的稳定运行,同时温度过高易结焦。气化介质中氧气体积分数高于35%时,气化系统运行稳定,同时可产出的燃气热值为3 643.68 kJ/m3。同时针对污水处理及鸡粪气化过程中需要注意的问题进行分析。 The characteristics of biomass(chicken chopping) gasification with air and air-oxygen in a medium fluidized bed gasifier are studied through a series of experiments.The results indicate that the content of oxygen and a mount of mineral of chicken chopping have a strong impact on the stability of the system running.The gasification system operated stably when oxygen contents more than 35% and the heat value of synthesis gas is 3 643.68 kJ/m3.Additionally,the problems exist in wastewater treament and chicken dropping gasification process are analyzed.
